Should it be the case that your purchase is not expected to get to you within 1 week estimated delivery time we will notify you via your contact details and give you an amended delivery estimate.
*During busy Sale periods (Christmas), delivery times are expected to vary slightly. In the expectation of delays, we will inform you of an amended delivery time.
For items sent within the UK there is currently one method of post: Special Delivery (Next Working Day, Insured) - £6.95 *Extra postage costs may be implemented on parcels exceeding 2kg. You will be notified of any additional costs.
Prices for posting are subject to change by The Royal Mail and we will hold no responsibility for any sudden prices increases.

30 day refund policy starting from the day the goods are received. This does not include items which have been customized or assembled for an order these items are non-refundable.
We’re happy to exchange items within 30 days of purchase providing that they are returned in an as new condition including all boxes and packaging. All postal costs will be incurred by the customer, unless the item is faulty, in which case the cost will be met by Ashley Matthews Jewellers.
In select cases we may be required to specially order your specific ring size or chain length from our suppliers. Although we stock a variety of ring sizes and chain lengths, occasionally some sizes and lengths may be out of stock or become discontinued.
